FitSTEPS for Life® offers exercise classes free of charge to participants. The classes are designed to improve posture, balance and muscular strength, specifically focusing on core strength. Progressions and regressions are incorporated to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Classes are normally 45 minutes in length. Times and locations are listed below.
East Texas Exercise Classes:
First Christian Church-Tyler: Wednesdays & Fridays 10am
First Baptist Church -Jacksonville: Mondays 11am
Cain Center-Athens: Mondays 8am & Fridays 8am
Bullard Southern Baptist Church-Bullard: Mondays & Thursdays 4pm
Dallas Area Exercise Classes:
First Baptist Church-Garland: Wednesdays 3pm & Thursdays 6pm
